If you request an appraisal by means of the request form (click here) an appraiser will contact you by telephone within two business days.
You will receive the appraisal report within 5 working days of the appraisal.
Urgent requests can be handled with the utmost speed!
With urgent requests we make sure that you'll have the appraisal report within 5 working days of your request, whereas the usual term would be within 5 working days of the appraisal. Of course this depends in part on your own schedule. You need to be available the minute the real estate agent wants to drop by (if need be, on a Saturday). For urgent requests under these conditions an extra fee of €50 applies (inclusive of VAT). Please indicate on the request form if you wish to make this an urgent request.
